Such a nice and luxurious place to stay at and it’s located at a lively part of the town… the staff was very friendly, Rooms are very comfortable and the food was scrumptious.

Hands down the best hotel in Beqaa! This hotel is located in the heart of Chtaura, where you have easy access to restaurants, pharmacies, beauty salons, supermarkets, etc… (everything needs about a 2/3mins walk from the hotel). Upon arrival we were very welcomed by the staff and the owner, they were super attentive and helpful ️ The hotel has a very inviting and cozy restaurant, I could sit there for hours without noticing. I was very surprised by the cleanliness and the elegance of my room. Everything seemed very well managed! They serve free breakfast with any room reservation (it got me by surprise). Overall, we had a very nice experience at Delora!

A very nice hotel in a perfect location with free parking.

The welcoming was very good. The room service was very quick. The pool on the rooftop is nice. Having a typical Lebanese breakfast is very nice. The free large parking is perfect. The room was super large.

The fridge in the room was off on check-in. The baby bed is very good but not adapted for more then 8 months old baby. I would like to have free wi-fi also in the room, not just in the lobby. Fresh juices are welcome in the breakfast.

Design of the rooms where isolation is not good where doors must be closed from down with robber closures to prevent light and smoke to go through.

Superb place to stay on your route.

Hotel is located on the main street, easy to find, has its own parking and valet service. We got a huge room with big sofa that we used to put kids - staff provbided with extra bed sets. Internet is quick, bathroom is nice, it was not noisy dsespite facing a busy road. Dinner in the restaurant was great, staff also got drawing books for kids and desertsd - extreamely welcoming!!!

Breakfast was too basic and it was only few things to eat for kids.

Not bad.

Rooms were neat, with new sheets provided every day.

During a two night stay we had trouble getting into our rooms more than 3 times. We had to leave our luggages and had to our meetings without checking in since they couldn't find us a room with a key that worked. Noisy in the evening, running in the hallway past midnight after a cat that found its way into the hotel. Could do better on the look, and service.

Nice place

Nice location! Rooms are spacious (got upgraded to an apartment). Very modern hotel in a city which doesn't exactly scream "modern" when you enter it. A nice surprise. Breakfast was basic but very tasty!

Staff was a bit distanced. The pool on the roof looked like it had been out of service for a long time (green water)

Parking garage is unfinished and not well lit and unmarked parking and no bellman to help us with the luggage also only 1 elevator on the property
